Steve Hart was born in the UK but currently resides in New Zealand where he works in the media.

He started his career in radio as a volunteer at a hospital radio station.

Before training to be a newspaper journalist, and working in the newsrooms at both Essex FM and BBC Essex, Steve hosted shows at Radio Top Shop and fronted the breakfast show at Basildon Radio.

Today he hosts syndicated jazz show Cool Nights which is recorded at his home studio.

The show is on more than 40 stations around the world.

Steve does occasional voice overs, makes podcasts, writes, and builds WordPress websites.

He is the author of the potential best seller Podcasting Made Easy, available from

Amazon and all good book shops.
